Most appointments take 1.5–3 hours depending on the vehicle and package. We take our time — quality comes first.
- Do you need power or water?
Yes. We require access to a standard outdoor faucet and outlet. We handle all setup ourselves; we just need the faucet to be accessible and not blocked by furniture or storage. Setup takes under a minute.
Remove personal items, valuables, and baby seats. If you want compartments cleaned, please empty them beforehand. Cleaning the trunk spare‑tire well is an add‑on service.
- What areas do you service?
We’re based in Ottawa West & South. We can travel further — a small transportation fee may apply.

We strive to monitor weather closely. If exterior work can’t be done, we reschedule at no cost. Interior‑only appointments can still proceed.
- Do you clean heavily soiled vehicles?
Yes. We handle pet hair, salt, stains, spills, and neglected interiors. Severe conditions may require add‑ons, but we always confirm before starting.
No deposits required. Payment is due upon completion.
