SERVICE AGREEMENT

What We Need From You
-Access to an electrical outlet

-Access to a water tap/spigot (not blocked or buried)

-A driveway or safe area to work

-Keys available if we need to move seats or access areas

Before We Arrive
Remove all personal items, valuables, and baby seats.
We do not open or clean compartments containing belongings.

Vehicle Condition
Vehicles with heavy soil, excessive pet hair, salt, spills, or stains may require extra time or add‑ons.
If additional charges apply, we tell you before starting.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Your first reschedule is free.
Repeated last‑minute changes or cancellations may include a small fee to cover lost time.
Unsafe weather or unsafe working conditions may require us to reschedule.

We Are Not Responsible For:

-pre‑existing damage (scratches, tears, stains, paint defects, etc.)

-results limited by age, wear, or material condition

-removing or installing baby seats or aftermarket accessories

We take care with every vehicle, but some stains, odors, or defects may not fully come out.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion.

We accept cash and e‑transfer.

All prices are before HST.

Satisfaction
If something isn’t right, notify us within 24 hours and we’ll address it.
